When not working in the salon Jim spends time sharing education with stylist across the country through his educational company SHEARPOLICE and always staying up-to-date with the latest in world class education.
When there is downtime Jim enjoys working on projects at home and spending time with his wife Maggie and daughter Jolynn Grace. Every now and then he enjoys getting in a little fishing on Smith Mountain Lake.
