Born in Princeton, West Virginia, Monte Lee brought his passion for creativity and natural beauty to Paul Mitchell The School Roanoke, where he graduated in 2019. His approach centers on celebrating what makes each guest unique, creating hair that feels personal and true to who they are.
Specializing in lived-in color placements and curly haircuts, Monte loves bringing softness, dimension, and movement to his work. From thoughtfully placed color to shapes that embrace natural curls, he designs each look to complement the guest’s features and express their individuality.
Outside the salon, Monte loves traveling and discovering new places. Those experiences inspire his creativity behind the chair, where he brings a fresh perspective and a passion for helping guests feel confident in their natural beauty.
